Q: Why are there 12 nails instead of 10?
A: The additional 2 nails are to make sure that all of the nails will fit properly.
Q: How do I apply these?
A: Each nail set will come with instructions, but essentially there is a nail adhesive sticker that you apply to your nail and press on the false nail.
Q: Do you do custom orders?

Q: How do I get them off the nail spine?
A: You carefully bend/twist them off. If there is part of the tab still attached to the nail, get a nail file and gently file the remainder off.
Q: If the nails don’t fit properly what do I do?
A: Even though an extra 2 nail sizes are included, the nails don’t always fit perfectly. What you can do is file down the sides to ensure that you get a better fit.
Q: Can I wear them more than once?
A: Yes! With each set there are enough nail adhesives to wear the nails two times. If you run out, many large stores such as Target or Walmart sell nail glue which you can use to apply them more times.
Q: I love a particular design but I would like it in a different color. Can you do that?
